Tornado with photoshop

A digital tornado can provide an instant impact to any design or image and can easily be created by combining a series of swirls. A tornado can be used to add highlights to a person in a photograph or to provide an eye-catching background for text. You can quickly construct your own personal tornado by using Adobe Photoshop, which is a popular and powerful software for editing graphics and images.
